Clear and upfront fee details for your child’s assessment

Our assessment fees are structured to provide transparency and predictability. Initial intake requires a $150 payment, which is not eligible for Medicare rebates. The main joint assessment can cost up to $2,475, with an approximate Medicare rebate of $842. The final feedback session fee is up to $825, with a rebate around $363. These figures represent the maximum expected costs if all parts of the assessment are needed.
Families may find the total cost lower depending on the assessment scope determined during intake. Medicare Safety Net benefits can further reduce out-of-pocket expenses, sometimes to as low as $480. We provide clear guidance on how rebates and safety net thresholds apply, helping families plan for ongoing care or medication management if required.

How the Medicare Safety Net Supports Your Family

The Medicare Safety Net helps reduce the financial burden of healthcare by lowering out-of-pocket costs once a family reaches a certain threshold. This means that after spending a set amount on eligible services, subsequent visits become more affordable.
For families using our assessment services, this can significantly decrease expenses, with some paying as little as $50 per session after reaching the Safety Net. It also accelerates access to ongoing care options under Medicare plans, making continued support more accessible.
